He has been away, if you look at his previous posts today and also a very intelligent bloke and is asking a simple question.

There are not broken promises Kevin but they are being very prudent and have been meeting with creditors lately, including Langston, the Malaysians actually put in another £500k for players wages at the end of last month. We must be patient and allow them the time to turn it around.

Quite simply they are not going to be throwing the money around so basically the club has to survive on it's own income streams and not reliant on outside influences.

Which at the moment is an impossibility Carl eh? We will surely have to sell some players? :o

Unless deals can be done with creditors, such as Langston then it could be very different Steve.

I think it is fair to ask what promises have been broken in your view?

Our club is secure and without the investment from TG/VT we would have been wound up by the HMRC back in May.

Personally I will be happy if we finish mid-table in the Championship for the next 2 seasons whilst our debts are dealt with. The way I look at it is ALL football clubs will soon have to face up to the fact they have to cut their cloth and we are stealing a march by getting it done now.

In 2 years time when everyone else is making austerity cuts to playing staff, we will be in a relatively strong financial position in comparison and that hopefully will be our time.

They " invested " money for last months wages yet again , what else does anyone want them to do at the mo . They are trying to steady the ship that Ridsdale and Co nearly sunk ! :ayatollah:

i assumed and i must say that i assumed that debts would be paid and that we would strengthen the squad, from what i have seen money is a massive issue still and i cant see us bringing many if any players in(and again i assume embargo still in force).i to think that a mid table finish is as good as its going to get,but again i like you will be there come rain or shine :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:
