If Ridsdale is really "bewildered by their (fans) personal vitriol and the desire for change" then I suggest he looks at videos of Preston (away), Ipswich, QPR, Plymouth (home) and the second half at Peterbrough.
A successful manager doesn't oversea rubbish like that.
