PI**ED OFF

i Moved my season ticket up a row and over 5 to the right instead they moved 8 to the left and now i am sat on my own and my old seat has been takin our club is a joke and they even want to charge me 2.50 to send me a new season ticket card out

Did you change your seat "over the phone"? I changed mine before the start of last season, went down the office, & the even took me to the seating area so i could see [prior arrangement]. Very happy.
