booked to stay in Playa Blanca

we stayed at costa teguise, f*cking fighting the cockroaces with iron bars, they are huge and they fly

Been once really good place, weather cracking, good restraunts bars etc and plenty for kids to do. Stayed in Puerto del Carmen.

nice down there carl jump on the ferry to fuerteventura for a day out ok for kite flying ,watch the wig can get a tad windy.

Hey carl, yeah u been to playa blanca, had a loverly week there, some nice places to eat and some great bars, slot of Germans there when I was so it was quite a high standard. One top tip, DONT buy anything in the many Asian owned electrical shops as about 20 people in our hotel were ripped off with dodgy goods, I bought a video camera and I got coned but went back the next day a kicked off and got my money back but they will do anything to stop u! I am a big lad and walked into thier shop with a metal bar stool from the pub next door and said I would smash thier shop up if they didn't, all the shops are linked and they are all in it together so be carefull, hope this helps.

Been to Playa Blanca many times Carl. Lovely place. A few bars and shops, but not too built up. Nice beaches too.

Which Hotel are you staying in ?

Went a few years ago. Lots of lizards as said
Weather was warm there and the volcanoes are great. Went up on a bus and that was mad. They drive right on the edge of the road. A few inches from a few hundred feet drop. Good experience mind with Wine tasting and meal at the top

Yes me and had a great time, a lot cheaper than Majorca

I wouldnt say cheaper at all.....went to Majorca last July and Lanzarote in October......if anything Lanzarote was more expensive....

Majorca is now one of the most exspensive places in Europe for a holiday now, if I never had my own place I would of stopped going, totally Disagree with you.

Stayed in Puerto del Carmen 3 times this year love the place cheaper than mainland spain there beer only 1.50 euros a pint in most places,the food is very cheap and good qulity try the amercian indian bar for cocktails and bands every night also route 66 for a bit od disco dancing

Tim we are staying at the Flamingo Beach ( First Choice Holiday Village ), we have heard good and bad about the resort.

Yes me and had a great time, a lot cheaper than Majorca

I have booked All Inclusive Annis so as long as food at the resort is good then it will remain very cheap

I have read in many places that the area is cheap though
