The disgraceful Police Officer involved in the assault of Ian Tomlinson in April last year will NOT face any kind of criminal charges.
The Can't Prosecute Service (well not of their own any way) have ruled that the conflicting medical evidence makes it impossible to bring a successful conviction for manslaughter.
However on top of that the Police Officer will not face charges for assault because the CPS had a limit of 6 months to bring such charges and that time has now lapsed!
What is the odds that same rule doesn't apply to anyone caught on camera at a football match? Do we now expect all fans caught on video at the Cardiff/Chelsea game to have any possible charges dropped if there is no action taken by the end of August?
Don't hold your breath as the corruption stinks.
