Ford Options

Anybody got this? Is it worth it? Any issues? How does it actually work?

yeah been on options a few years easy really available on 2 or 3 years you pay monthly amount and at the end of the 2/3 years youv got the option to pay the amount owed or take finance on it,(less your payments of course), hand car back and walk away or part ex, works fine for me i usually part ex and start again.

Been on Renault's similar scheme since 2003 and had 4 cars on it. I usually end up part-exing before the end of the agreed period though, but as long as the car doesn't owe more than it's worth, it works out well. Re-payments are slightly higher than HP (I haven't got the figures) and the car isn't yours at the end of the agreement (unless you pay the settlement figure) like it would be on HP, but if you want to stick with the same make of car, it's a good system
