just got back from 2 weeks in sorrento italy it was heaven , prob my favorite country ? me an wife visited pompei an herculanean plus drove the amalfi coast an topped it off with climb to look in vesuvious the volcano which has 4 kilometres of lava brewing!
pompei the city not the football team was superb as was herculaen but also very sad!
anyone going there or been there ? travel independently thou by train much much cheaper an easier! going with official trip is like being stuck on one of dibs coaches lol ,,,,,,,,
good to be home an looking forward to court in swindon on thursday lol

Went there a couple of years ago.Strange that the murals are not protected and that tourists have scraped graffitti into them and that the place doubles as a sort of dog sanctuary. It was really hot and I was too tired to drag my arse up that volcano.
