Cardiff City just tweeted me and said "Jay has an arm injury and hasn't travelled with the squad today."

Just sounds like a very weak cover story.
I wont believe it until Jay posts it on his Twitter, suppose I'll have to wait until Toy Story 3 has finished at the flicks.
