More bloody spin. DJ making positives out of another defeat.
I am concerned as we have shipped 5 goals in the last two friendlies and yet DJ is pleased with performance, He seems very easy to please I wish he had been my boss as I had my arse kicked every time I failed to achieve targets.

it says chopra played the ball to mccormack who fired it in from the edge of the box

Both goals were dreadful mistakes with the first one on a par to Enks effort at Preston.
Ok it was only a friendly but I am looking very hard at todays performance to install confidence for the start of the season. We did move the ball around quite well in midfield but the final pass let us down. Whitts played in central midfield and to me was our best player. His passes can disect defences and hopefully DJ will play him there more this season. Apart from all this there is not much else to get excited about.

Maybe they're still just a bit rusty then?
