It seems without Kennedy we have only 19 senior players so can sign Drinkwater. So what constitutes a SENIOR player, it must be a contract, if it was age Drinkwater wouldn't qualify either.
Take out Kennedy, Santiago and Meades and we do in fact have 19 players.
If this story is true, we can safely say they do not have faith in getting out of the embargo before the start of the season.

It just proves that CCFC wil not be able to settle more debts as expected and embargo to stay.
