Would Jenkins be working against TG to save his job..?

so how would the unknown person ( Mr X ) and his offer allow TG 51% then , besides isnt it 49% for a majority swing on the board ? But going back to your original statement then Im sure that yes he is looking after his own arse so to speak in keeping the interested parties apart , just like what happened last week !

I can see TG keeping 30odd% and allowing a foot in the door for further Malaysian investment if and when PMG and others go . Then we shall see who else stays tho on the Board , personally why not have a total Malaysian board with a new CEO , maybe Mr X would be suited to that role and Jenkins feels threatened by it ?
