TO LIFT THIS EMBARGO!!!!!

Surely it,s not going to take that much in the way of hard cash to get it lifted??? we can only go on the monies reported, so £100,000 to motherwell, £500.000 to charlton and £2 mill (approx) to the tax man, say £2.6 million, now with £5 million tv money coming to us this season (the main bulk of this we receive in august) surely the directors could put their hands in their pockets to pay the tax man etc knowing they get their money back virtually by return of post!!!!

I think you will find that the TV monies are not paid until October and even then we get staged payments not the full £5m. Ridsdale used to get around this by getting short term bridging loans at extortionate rates, although the Malyasians as astue businessmen wouldn't want such an arrangement.
