Sorry, Martyn, I too agree with what Chopra said. Whether he did it in the correct way or through the correct channels is another matter but I think the sentiment was right. I guess another way of looking at it is if you want to climb the career ladder at work, you know you're doing a good job but your directors are letting the company stagnate, you would be off to the nearest company who would offer you the chance to further yourself
