That was fantastic brought back great memories if Dale was around know i reckon he would be worth 5m IMO he was a better finisher than Chopra

Carl was as good a finisher as Chops, worked as hard as Chops, but was much
better in the air. IMO the best striker City have had since I started watching them
in 1980. If I remember rightly Spurs were all over him before his knee went.

I marked him out of a game for 75 minutes once when he was about 15.
The fucker scored 4 in the last quarter of an hour

The hat-trick against Doncaster on Phil Neal's first home game was class. Carl always gave everything, every game, he was so much more than a prolific goalscorer.

Found some more of Carl's goals, hoping to redo the video with better picture clarity, probably have to wait until after the school holidays though where I won't get interrupted every thirty seconds.
