Has anyone read this interview with Joey Barton? I think he's spot on about players being detached from reality, makes me think about the attitudes of some of our lot with thier expensive cars and other shit they waste our money on even though the club is skint and we're in a recession.

Would you have Barton in our midfield? Hopefully he's learnt from his mistakes, however big ones they were, and I for one would have him in our team. We havent had a scrappy midfielder since, errrrr..............Boland?
