Breakfast - Weetabix (semi milk) with Protien shake
Mid Morn snack - Apple
Lunch - Jacket pot with tuna and onion
Mid Afternoon snack - banana plus another protien shake
Tea - Chicken with veg
Evening snack - Pear
Just before Bed - Protien shake with milk
With all this you are having you 5 a day plus you are also having plenty of protien. Share you're thoughts

morning...full english
lunch...curry and chips
teatime........................clarky and mash
supper xxxl doner with extra chilli
and for inbetweeny snacks lots of mars bars and greggs pasty's(to smash) drink lots of cider and lager IMO thats about the most stable diet around and full of iron and vitamins

Brekki Weetabix & Yogurt
Snack Apple
Dinner Wholemeal con with tuna mayo & iceberg letuce
Tea Salmon with boiled baby potatoes and salad
It's 2.32am sat and im now bloooody starvin!!!!!!!!!

Breakfast: Shreadies
Lunch: 4 sandwiches of some shape
Tea: Chicken and chips being my favourite
Inbetweenies: some unhealthy chocolate bar, cake etc

Breakfast - Coffee, 1 piece of toast n marmite
Lunch - Sandwich
Tea - Not much, too lazy to cook
Snacks - Monster Munch or Satsumas.
Copious amounts of coffee throughout the day. Hence being a psycho bitch.

I been on the snooker ball diet it's one of the latest fads.
Breakfast 3 reds and a black
Mid Morning a yellow
Lunch 4 reds a blue and a pink
mid afternoon a brown
Evening meal 6 reds, a pink a blue and a black.
Had to come off it after a week, not enough greens apparently.

I have to eat healthy for the fecking Navy.
Morning - Special K, glass of water + orange juice, banana.
Morning snack - Apple + glass of water
Dinner - Soup (no bread) + glass of water + banana
Afternoon snack - Another fecking apple + another glass of fecking water
Tea - Tuna + savoury vegetable rice with olives thrown in + glass of water + banana
Evening snack - Nutrigrain bar + apple + more water/juice
