Where can I get a microsoft activation code

Just bought a laptop from PC world & they only have a 60 day trial - Any ideas

I aint paying £75 from PC worold

Activation code for the operating system? or is it something else. I would have thought that any laptop they sell now would come pre-installed with windows 7. Is this what you need the code for? If so i'll have a root around for you as i may be able to help.

I'm guessing he means office. They normally just stick 60 days trials on there.

MS Office sucks.

Just uninstall it.

use openoffice instead - http://www.openoffice.org/ - gives you the functionality and the product is free. Can read/write in MS format so...

I was just about to say open office as i have that on my macs and my windows machines. Your best bet if you really want office is to try a torrent site that offers key gens or codes but be careful you don't download any .exe files as these can be dangerous. I would go with Open office though.

try a friend who already has microsoft office you can usually upload office on upto three machines using the same activation code.
