SEASON TICKETS

Some Body i know has not yet recieved his season ticket, so he rang the club yesterday and they told him that he will not have his ticket as he has paid and under 16's price and he is 16's during the season, therefore he has to pay the extra £150 or he will not get his ticket, as he has just finished school and has no job how is he suppost to get the £150 in time for next season?
He asked the club for a refund and they told him that they can not give a refund.
Do you think this is right by the club ?

I am sure Tom, They have to give him his money back.

hes 15 when the season starts so should he have to pay the adult price?

You have to be under 16 on the 1st of August of the season. I am assuming this means the 1st of August BEFORE the first game so you only have to be under 16 as of tomorrow. I cannot believe they mean august AFTER the season ends as that is not part of the season which ends in may.

Done a few checks and it seems clubs want you to be U16 when the season starts, some push it to 1st September. I believe the club are wrong and he should get them to read their own terms and conditions.

My Lad is 16 in March he's had juvenile ticket. What's the concession price for students could you not transfer to that?

My youngest son turned 16 on August 11th 2009 and I paid juvenile for him last season. So I should imagine that your mate should be classed as a juvenile also.
