Need help...

About 7 months ago a few of us was out having a good piss up and someone shut the door on my ankle not knowing it was there, since then my ankle keeps clicking if i don't move my ankle for 10 minutes, it doesn't hurt a bit and didn't think nothing off it i just thought it would stop. Anyway its getting worse, any idea's of what this could be?

the clicking in joints is nitrogen bubbles and harmless, however i would get an exray to be sure.
