If we don't get this embargo sorted out

Is there any danger of Heaton going elsewhere (even though he's 'signed') and Drinkwater being taken back to United and loaned out at a club he can register for? If I was Heaton, this uncertainty would be unsettling me and United were hoping that Drinkwater's loan would be a simple one and he would have been registered by now. To outsiders, this embargo probably looks like it's not going to end. I'd also be a bit confused as to exactly what's going on at the club right now
