Wish my lad Regan good luck for Sunday

He is taking his last grading at Karate before his black belt and he needs a full pass before he can go for his black. Its going to be his toughest one yet. I know if he does as well as he can do he can get his full pass but its going to be close. So can you guys give him your messages and i will show him please remember he's only thirteen. Cheers guys.

Hi Chief at the moment he is Brown 1 stripe and going for his Brown 2. His Sensei is Kevin O Neil 4th dan. He was welsh Captain for many years and now Wales main coach. He is a very influential person within Karate and yes he is proper strict, which is good for the kids because there is no messing around in his dojo. There is a kid there who has that ADHT which in school is a right nightmare according to my MRS who works there but in the Dojo he is as good as gold. Funny that. One word he always preaches DISAPLINE kids deep down respect it.
