My son at Karate today

He passed his grading with a full pass the hard work now begins to get his black belt . I am one very proud Dad.

Lil one lil one He's frigging 5"9 and wont stop growing. And he's only 13

5.9 at 13 what you feeding him on

We feed him normal foods but he does sleep in a grow bag
