spoke brief today ... suppose to be seein cctv on wednesday but the gatherers aint sent it out yet is this good news or bad news?

Pleading not guilty,really fucks them up, they think everyone will just take the easy option, plead guilty and get it over with.
Now they have to prove the case and get real evidence, suspecting Johnny and being warned about Billy ain't good enough in a court of law, fight it tooth an nail all the way,,wish the police were as keen to solve real crime.

yes gwyn we actully wen court 1st time an guess wat ,, there was no court all on trainin or something lol then bac up an pleaded not guilty <f**k em> back up 4 trail march the something its that inportant i cant remember

My advice would also be to invest in a barrister.
My friend had one for Palace away a few years back and he tied them up in knots. Not Guilty was the verdict
