do you mean League of Wales or Welsh league?
LoW is steadily improving as the European results for some are proving. Moving to a summer league may help with attendances but the travel links between North, West and South do not make things easy.
Welshj leagues - Mostly glorified pub teams with a few more quid and organisation.
