current squad?

with the squad we are assembling this year, is this dave jones best oppertunity of promotion? will he have any excuses this time around? i know you cant plan for injuries or suspensions but surley if all the big players stay and with what weve brought in and with more likely to come, this must surley be our best squad weve had under jones. there seems to be a nice mixture of flair and steel to the squad now..... im getting more and more confident....

Good point but, on the face of it, you have to give Jones credit for the faces he is bringing in as not many of us would disagree too much with them.

It's down to his tactics and the players to perform now. Particularly if we can get a back-up for Chops (Keogh where are you !!??).

Without doubt our best ever squad if we get the odd one or two more in (which im confident of)

Boro have spent more but Strachans tactic of buying Celtic players "cos they're not used to losing"
is absolute bollocks".... Celtic may lose to Rangers one week and play Muckyfucky Thistle the next.
This division has got loads of teams who can all beat each other.

I seriously think its between us and Forest cos the newly relegated teams are going to struggle

This gives us a 25 man squad. Possibly the likes of Nat Jarvis and Jon Meades will be left out.
Our defence includes 9 of this 25. Imo we need a few more additions to the defence in order to strengthen it up. possibly a Cb and a Lb. Possibly getting rid of Comminges, and Capaldi.
For the first season in a long time Our Midfield looks like one capable of winning the League, along with our strike force, Chopra and Jay, the best strike force in the football league by Far. We now need Back up for the 2, Jon stead? this would mean getting rid of Rossco. And Keough for Chopra. We have the biggest squad we have for the past few seasons, and we still have a few players to come in.

Lets hope they all pull together and Win the Championship
