why has he got the number 26 shirt and not number 3 then ?

shirt number is great indication of player's quality. plus perhaps he requested to wear 26. im positive that he'll spend whole season in reserves/conference teams, definitely not Championship quality right now.

I wasn't too impressed with the poor lad, looked a bit out of his depth but I suppose it's expected. Thing that frustrates me is that Jonesy has labelled him a gem, why only the one year contract then? He did the same with Magennis. Fair play to him though he won a contract over Kallio and Vignal who are two experienced left backs, Jonesy must see something in him.

Dave Jones was a full back in his day and he has a decent record when it comes to signing them, i trust him on this
