Gio's name was part of a Cardiff business consortium that was trying to put together a package to help the club sign Koumas in 2006.
Now that a similar story appears about a Cardiff businessman funding Bellamy's wages, is it possible that someone has linked Gio to the story ?
Not saying it is martyn as he clearly says it is what he has been told.

The man just loves free publicity and to be quite honest he would not have the financial means to do this, he does not have a good reputation in the business world as he is rather shy in settling debts for work carried out.

He likes the limelight, like to think that he mixes with the A list crowd. If you remember a few years ago Bellamy ended up in court for assault on fem in a cardiff nightclub. It was his club in mill lane Number 10.
Not so long ago the Echo editor told staff not to give him the free publicity he craves for.
His father was a lovely hard working man its a pity but i cannot say the say about him

Yes Carl I remember that. Didn't the consortium he was part of pull out of funding the Koumas deal because of a legal technicality over 'ownership' of the player’s registration?
If I am remembering correctly then surly the same would apply to Bellamy?
