Id start Kelvin in front of Jay cos of his injury and put Ross out wide. Also like to see Taiwo given a chance with Whitts in the middle, and Ledley rested or dropped. This contract saga is gonna blow up again shortly

It looks like Bothroyd is struggling, so McCormack on the left with Etuhu playing up front with Chopra.
otherwise, if bothroyd is ready to play (mentally as well as physically) i'd go for Mccornmack before Chopra.
It would be nice to make more changes, but we dont have the options.
