Not necessarily Martyn, as they can't force Bellamy to sign for anybody! :ayatollah:

Bellamy is engineering this, he has done it all before, he knows what he is doing. I can see the headlines now. "Man City pay Cardiff £10 million to take Bellamy off their hands"

but he said himself he doesn't care about the wages, and also that he would gladly come to cardiff, he said he was offered nearly double his wages to go to a german side and said he turned it down

it all makes sense , he could be a massive hit for cardiff, be near his kids , near his wife etc which he said he's missed out on 5-6 years of etc he said wales needs a welsh club in the prem and he can help make it happen

the Happy path is clear to see............

He'll be guaranteed his £90k per week anyway Martyn!

If Man City ban him from their ground that's up to them, but they still have to pay him!

At the moment, they'll be just trying to get as much money as they can for him!

If he goes to Spurs however, then he'll be playing for one of their biggest rivals for the Premiership title!

Can't see him going to Spurs! :ayatollah:

That is a possiblity but Bellamy himself has strongly indicated that Cardiff would be his own personal option. Also Man C and Spurs can agree any deal they want, but without Bellamy's agreement it means f**k all.

Man City need to act carefully because they are close to breaching their contract with Bellers and he would be entitled to walkout for nothing if they push this much further.

I'm finding this move to Tottenham hard ot believe. The last thing Man City want to do is sell one of their best players to a main challenger. They are rich enough so therefore dont need to do this.

I also believe Tottenham are not silly enough to pay £90,000 a week for a 31 year old who if lucky will get 2 years top service out of a striker. Perhaps a midfields or goalkeeper but not a striker.

The only acceptable fact is the £2 million price tag. Then whats £2 million to the likes of Man City?
