Both those quotes were out earlier this morning. So nothing new I'm afraid. I think most people including the jurno's are just guessing. It looks like nothing concrete has been agreed with anyone. We are still in with a chnace but so are all the others. The team Bellamy joins will ultimatley be the one that all parties concerned ie Bellers and Man City agree is the best move.

Cardiff City’s new owners have put together a package to pay half of Craig Bellamy’s £90,000-a-week Manchester City wages in a bid to entice him to the Championship, Goal.com UK can reveal.
Bellamy’s hometown club are increasingly confident they can pull off a stunning six-month loan coup that would make the Welsh striker the best-paid player outside the top flight.

“Bellamy has told Cardiff he wants to play for them and the owners are willing to pay half his wages for six months to help get the club into the Premier League,” a Cardiff source told Goal.com UK.
