Well, the rumour started on CCMB, so they were right, surely?

It was going nuts on here, and everyone was asking where Carl was and for him to confirm it, when infact it was Blue_Roo, Naughty Norman and Corky on CCMB who had already confirmed it.

Well, there's 8000 members on there, so they're bound to have a few assholes who just snipe, but i find we're all getting tarred with the same brush here (as in dual-board users).

The abuse Carl got was wrong, and he does deserve and apology.

i have only been a member for a few days but been reading posts from carl on the messageboard for a couple of weeks now he is my source for news on city and he is usually spot on so thanks carl always had faith in you since the whole bellamy saga started

Fair play it was make or break for you Carl... I did not ever think you were a telling porkies, or think any of the things that others had harshley said. I have to admit though I doubted your sources, but u proved to be right in having faith in them. I thank you for sharing the inside info with us, and giving me a great cpl of days !!!

Let's be perfectly honest about this, we as Cardiff City fans want / need to know what is happening within our club.

Like it or not members of this message board, fans of CCFC, are lucky to have a gem like Carl to keep us in the loop!.

Most of the time he is bang on with the info he feeds us!.

There may be times when info falls slightly shy of the bullseye but rarely does this happen.

Not everyone will agree with the info, sources, reasons but the guy should not be abused or villified.

I'm just glad that Carl has big enough shoulders and can rise above his abusers!.

I for one like the speculation, rumour and counter rumour in my thirst for everything Cardiff City FC.

We are, when all is said and done, supposed to be all in this together!.

Carl often posts simply what he hears and only passes it off as truth if very sure about it, though even then things can sometimes happen that whilst true at the time, are liable to change such as Ridsdale's premature resignation! Very seldom is Carl unequivocal about something and it doesn't come off, only when he is saying something like "not sure how much truth there is in this, but this is what I've heard" is he sometimes "wrong" even though he never said it as fact in the first place! We are lucky to have someone who keeps us all so well informed.
