I would be a bit concerned if we signed Steven Reid - he had a bad cruciate injury 2 years ago and has never recovered, we could do without another crock.

Ben Watson is a bit of a liability - gets too many red cards

David Ball has a decent scoring record for Manchester City Reserves and has been a bit of a fringe player for the first team however he did a metatarsal early in November and that's at least six weeks out - would he be fit yet? - doubtful.
