Correct me if I'm wrongbut if we have a debt and have offered a repayment to them surely Motherwell can't refuse it!!
How the he'll can he go on about us signing all these players when they havebeen loan deals, does he know what wages we are paying etc

no because hes an idiot and the old saying "people in glass houses" because he has been in alot more of a mess than us!!

As they have offered to pay by instalments a winding up order would be throw out by the courts. Basically this guy has got excited over what the HMRC did to us and thought he can do the same.
He claimed they had judgement against us which would not surprise me. Enforcing the judgement is his problem. All we would have to do is defedn by saying we are willing to pay by instalments. This time though we had better pay.
