Did they use the same stuff on the pitch? That might explain how their players fall over at the slightest excuse.

And they still owe Neath Port Talbot council £3.1m for a lone to pay for the stadium which should by now have been paid back - but has'nt!

Is it Swansea City football club or Swansea Stadium Management Company not paying the rent. I suspect the football club pays a rent to the management company. It looks to me that the management company is refusing to pass it onto the council due to the slip issue and perhaps other problems.

Is this the football club or the property management company?

But have the management company (who are made up of the council, the rugby club and the football club), been paid by the football club ??
And who would be responsible for the rent not paid from the Vetch field ?? That can only be the football club.
Not as thick as John Hollins eh ?

Also you have the absurd situation where the council (who are one-third of the management company) presumably collecting rent from the other 2 bodies (football club/rugby club) and then not passing it on to the ‘council’
It’s a complete nonsense and personally if I lived in the Swansea area I would report this crap to both the taxpayer’s alliance or the audit commission.

A comment on that article claims Blues pay 60k per game - not quite. It's around 60k ( ground fee + assorted other fees ) for 18 designated match days.
Any "other" days used by the Blues we set the fee. Blues chose not to use a DMD for the Australia game - based upon Blues predicting a full sell out, the fee we charged was between 100 and 130k. Add in the fee paid to the Aussies, Blues I'd assume made little to no profit on that game as a result.
Now as for the Jacks, we keep hearing how great they are financially. Rent owed from Vetch? Stadium not turning a profit? A squad of what 35 players? Directors are in fact taking money out of the club? Trundle sale turned a loss into a profit. Martinez/Scotland money no doubt doing the same.
The Jacks are also in a perilous position.
Just smile.

Now where have I heard that from.
So this management company seems a bit of all sorts to me. So we can say the football club is taking the council to court then? Hopefully this will be sorted out for the sake of the club because we know what this could mean if it went all the way and they lost.
Regarding the directors if I was a Jack I would seriously look very closely at their committment to the club. I know of directors from other clubs who gives loans to the club and get a good return of interest from it. This is quite common and usually kept from the public.
