The whole point of getting in players was to give us some depth, so it sort of defeats the object to get rid of players now. although i would get rid of rae, i'd rather play with 10 men tbh

I think he would let Rae go if someone wanted him. Not mcphail tho.

yes they will probably get rid of rae!!! but deffinetly not mcphail, when fit this guy will be a big part of our new look team!! like others have said we still need a strong bench!!! if we can get a strong defender now we are ready to kick ass!!

DJ wonmt let his blue eyed boy go - rae i think he would
ideally keep them on minimal wages as back up players on the bench or when DJ plays a diff formation! lol

No-one is going to take Rae on in the last year of his contract and pay him the sort of money he's being paid here.
A final year getting splinters in his arse followed by a parting of the ways at the end of the season when he'll pitch up at Arbroath ( or Motherwell
)

We should no way let MacPhail go...he can unlock any defence with a killer pass...same as Koumas

McPhail has to go. He has returned to the first team late in both of the last 2 seasons and fucked up our promotion chances. He was absolutely crap at Wembley and I will never forgive him for giving away that pointless free-kick from which Charlie Adams scored their first goal.

Well we have 6/7 players in the last year of their contract so it would be to make something from getting rid of them now or watch them walk away and that doesn't do the club any favours at all.
It might suit the club to do that. Let's face it the Malaysian's expect promotion and if we go up then it is highly likely that Whitts, Bothroyd and all would be shown the door any way.
The thinking might be let them run their contracts down now, rather than resign them on higher wages and then get stuck with them for the next 2 or 3 years when they are not wanted.
