Same here I was a good pal of a Rangers fan when I was in the Army. I was also a good mate of a Raith Rovers fan who served with the Blackwatch.

i was fortunate enough on two occasions to goto Old Firm games both at Parkhead, one in 1989 as a guest of Graeme Souness, sat in the grandstand ( Rangers won 2-1 for the first win against them in 10 years at Parkhead )and then the following year as a guest of Mo Johnston and in the Rangers end behind the goal ( 4th round scottish cup game and Celtic won it 1 nil ).

both occasions the atmosphere was something Ill never forget and I have never experienced again. Cardiff City and Rangers all my life, Annis I hope you have been to an Old Firm before otherwise you have missed out.

I aint a fan of either team but if I had to choose I would go for Rangers
