Probably not on my own, at 2.45 yesterday I would have taken a point. When 1-0 up in the first min of stoppage time and they equalise, I would have still taken a point then. But did not expect big Ken Zohore to come up with the goods to give us a huge, huge win both off and on the pitch. The past 2 weeks have been the most gutting I’ve personally felt supporting City. However, it’s given the players a fire in their belly and they are now believing in themselves. Etheridge has been consistent all season, not the easiest goalkeeper on the eye but he has won us some very important points this season. Bamba epitomises the spirit in the camp at the moment, switched off for their goal but my god does he play his heart out for the team and the fans. Peltier has only ever been a championship player for me but again I was proved wrong yesterday. He doesn’t take any prisoners and that 40/60 he had against their giant centre half sums him up. Didn’t really know where to play Patterson as he struggled up front last few weeks, but he has made that RWB or RW or RB (whatever it is!) his own. Huge outlet going forward, wins 90% of balls in the air and what he lacks in defensive quality he makes up for with his tenacious, never-say-die attitude. Huge Ralls fan, be the first to admit that we were playing better without him and he was a bit of a liability during the first half of the season, but last 3 games he has been phenomenal for us. Seems to have found his limitations and is a lot quicker on the ball, the pace of Niasse helps a lot. Could go on and praise the whole squad after the last few weeks. The most praise needs to go the fans though. Can’t make many aways due to finances, watched on a stream yesterday and I don’t think their is any other club in the country with fans as loyal as supportive as ours are. Emiliano is right, We will make it together, and he will be a huge part of this football club for many, many years to come. Gutted we couldn’t show him our love for him person but I’m sure he sucked that ball into the back of the net like the 3000 city fans behind that goal yesterday.

Long way to go......

But we will make it together!!!!!

Can’t just blame Bamba for their goal, Joe Bennet lost him on the back post......
