if we cant pay the tax tomorrow, or pay motherwell in full, and if they find out man city are pay about 90% of the wage (it would be seen as unfair to other clubs) he will not be playing, i think cardiff will have to please the fl on all 3 counts.....
why have the fl gone public with this rather than contact cardiff with this.

They can't not register him because Man City are paying most of his wages. That is a matter between the two clubs. The only thing which will stop him getting registered is the tax bill.
