Is the football league chairman a hypocrite?
Leicester moved into the new 32,500-seat Walkers Stadium at the start of the 2002-03 season.
In October 2002, the club went into administration with debts of £30 million.
Went up as runners up at end of the season as there was no points deduction in place!
This prompted the league to bring in the points deduction rule.
The Leicester City chairman was Greg Clarke? Surely not the same guy ?
