Cup tied??

Will ALL of our loan signings be cup tied or be allowed by their parent clubs to play in e Carling/FA Cups??

Season long loans should be fine but cant play against parent clubs

They can with the clubs permision, for example I am sure Man City wouldn't let us play Bellamy against them where as Man Utd would most probably let us use Drinkwater
