Yes Cymru at Old Trafford yesterday

Someone was flying a Yes Cymru flag at the game yesterday and the movement seems to be taking on an interest in Welsh football at the moment.

Whatever your views on independence- which I respect either way- lets make no doubt what independence means to Cardiff City and of course Swansea and Newport. It would mean almost certain expulsion from the English pyramid system and into a league season of games against TNS, Cefn Druid etc. Even if the FA were happy with us remaining, FIFA would not.

So for those who fly the Yes Cymru flag at our games- are you happy with that?

If not you haven't thought this through.

Totally incorrect post, there are many teams throughout the world that play in the leagues of other countries. You only have to go to Northern Ireland, Derry City play in the League of Ireland. Derry being in the UK play football in Ireland. There are so many lies made up regarding independence.

So apart from Derry City what other teams play in other countries, do any play in major leagues. UEFA and FIFA are very anti this.

Wellington Phoenix from New Zealand play in the A League (Australia)

Those are the main ones - there are huge numbers of clubs at lower levels.

Also, regular Welsh Champions TNS actually play in Oswestry on the English side of the border.

I think that’s enough examples for now!

Haha, you don’t have a single shred of evidence to back up what you have said. Let’s see a quote from the FA or London government if you have it

The stupidity of your statement is akin to English teams being banned from the Champions League because we are leaving the EU.

You keep taking the medication butt

its nothing like though is it...……..if Brexit happens the uk is still part of Europe just like Russia is..the EU is not Europe its just a bunch of free loaders supported by fools that exists within Europe..but think the EU and Europe are the same thing .
evidence..erm are we still able to qualify for Europe through the welsh cup or our refs able to officiate in the EFL/PL..figure out how that came about..our FA under pressure from UEFA even took clubs to court over playing in England

The world isn’t black and white and it isn’t a binary choice.

Could we be independent and play in the “English” football league. Of course we could.

Should we? Meh. All I know is that I want the greatest amount of power to reside with the people of Wales, not public school boys in England

Nice one mate. Nice one
