IS he eligible for all the home countries or only England?

English only unfortunately 
It's because he's officially now a British citizen, but that's only because he's played in England for the last 5 years (and hasn't played once for his home nation) so is free to play for them. I think. I'm not 100% certain on this matter though

I think under FIFA rules he would be eligble for Wales, Scotland, Northan Ireland or England. However, as far as I'm aware, there is an agreement with the FA's of each country so that they only use players who would be eligable for their country (so the Welsh FA couldn't pick players from England and vice versa).
