A forum for all things Cardiff City

Pulis just asked the question and didn't deny it but said Dave Jones would not be happy about Sky Sports touting his players around but that Stoke would go through the right channels. Would he go? or does he really love cardiff that much? time will tell. A bid is on the cards though as Sidibe has done his cruciate and is having an operation today and Kenwyne Jones also had a nasty injury although not as bad as first thought.

Sidibe is also a good mate of Jay's. Although why that would have any bearing on a move there, I don't know.

Jay looks good here and he will prosper playing with Bellamy. I say he'll bag 30+ goals this season and that would help him command a bigger contract should h think of moving next season.
It's a good time to be employed by Cardiff City FC
He'd be a fool to go to Stoke because he would not get on very well with "hard man" Pulis.

I think it would be a bigger gamble for Jay to leave Cardiff than it would
be for us to let him go.
We can manage without him. There will be no shortage of players wanting
to come here now. He's a great player, but not irreplaceable!
However, he's FINALLY playing the football pundits have always said he was
capable of. There's something in the water here, in the atmosphere here, in
the way he's recieved by the fans, in the relationship he has with his manager
and team mates that he hasnt had before. Who can say he wont slip back into
his lazy ways if he goes elsewhere. Can he?
