I meant to add, it's good to see someone pointing out that the deal does make financial sense, although we all knew that anyway.

Cracking article, although I would argue that Bellamy to Cardiff is bigger than Keegan to Newcastle.
Not only is it "local boy come good, coming home", it's going to help the short term cash flow issue, raise CCFC's profile - today it's shirt sales and tickets, tomorrow it could be more sponsorship, AND it could make the difference that gets us promoted.
NO club has the resources to buy publicity like we have lately
