good report but the opening line concerns me as to why the press seem to think that Cardiff are the only club in the UK to owe other clubs for outstanding transfer money ?

I suppose there's a couple of different ways of reading the opening paragraph, but I thought the reporter was on our side and not making any disparaging remarks to be honest!
I also forgot to point out earlier, that the significance of the Only Fools & Horses theme tune (No income tax, No VAT) passed me by on Saturday!
