Anything you can take for nerv's?

but is there anything you can take to get rid of being nervous before big things etc?

When I was getting married a mate of mine got me this spray from Boots called Rescue Remedy. I was a bit sceptical at first but it did seem to work and definatley calmed my nerves down.

Give it go, its cheaper than charlie!
