Not good enough letting the lead slip twice after being so comfortable in the game! Disappointed with the penalty but that’s football we move on to the weekend now, got some very important league games coming up..

Thought he was overrun in midfield against Reading, just not impressed by him. Doesn't help he was playing with Pack mind

Hes a very good league one midfielder who cant quite cut it at a top championship club.
He Is more suited to a Barnsley or Millwall level of team which is why he did well at Rotherham

I think hes not the mid to grab the game, he needs someone with him who is bossing it to let Vaulks shine which we really miss.

He was great in the first half of the Reading replay, but the whole midfield were over-run during the second half after Reading pulled an extra player in their midfield. I'd give him a run of games as I think he needs more time and could improve. I'd like to see him along side Ralls.

Do you mean Millwall, the team that are currently above us in the league ? You'll be telling us next that Smithies is a better keeper than Etheridge, Madine is our best centre forward and Nelson is league one at best

Woo hoo Millwall are currently on a decent run after changing managers, they are still a bang average championship team regardless of current league standing and will be below us at the end of the season.

Smithies is better and obviously Harris agrees as he is current #1

Madine was our best centre forward the others are all shit. Not much competition really and his stats at this level show that over the others. Let's be fair even a converted right back is currently getting picked over the other donkeys.

Nelson is doing well but is still a way off a permanent centre half at this level. His positional play and reading of games is still lower league and he gets caught out quite a bit. He is adjusting quickly though.

He was awful against reading in the league. Has had one half decent game against reading away in the cup and apart from that average to poor in the rest of his appearances.

Let's face it, any of our midfielders are up against it with Pack also playing.

We dominated the first half against Reading as Charlie Adam made Pack look like Usain Bolt. Once Adam was replaced by someone that could move Pack was back to useless best.

Our midfielders are just good enough to do their own jobs but not to carry Pack too.
