"That’s the key question. Not many defeats during my time here but too many draws. It’s fine not being easy to beat and to bounce back from QPR, but we need to get that consistency. We’re not always putting it together. West Brom is about as good as it could be. That’s why we have added to the squad. Just asking for a little bit more from the players and some consistency. Ultimately, winning games comes down to momentum."

Things would seem a lot worse if we regularly lost matches. Obviously, too many draws and not enough victories this season, but give the guy a chance. Let's see who the club can bring in during the summer window and hopefully the draws will be converted to wins. If this fails to materialise......next manager please!
