"What’s Lee Tomlin? Lee Tomlin for me is a goalscorer and a creator. Junior Hoilett, is he a winger or a playmaker? Mendez is a big loss for us because he is that high, attacking wide player, but you look at ways of scoring goals. We’ve gone 4-4-2 at times and it’s different personnel at times. Lee Tomlin has been a big catalyst during my time here. Danny Ward has scored a couple, Glatz has, Paterson in great form too. A lot of linking to strikers in the transfer window, but we need to score goals, I know we need to improve that."
