Away membership renewal

Any one else experiencing a 'delay' in being issued new away membership cardn ?

Ordered mine online a few weeks before season began (as online wouldn't allow purchase for a while). No sign of renewal beginning of season ! E mailed ticket office twice now - no response !

Any one else having probs ? And can anyone tell me if can still go to away games, without new card ?

I also renewed my Away Membership (via e-ticketing), haven't received it yet through the post. Not too concerned because it will be on the database I am registered and I have never had to show it.

i rang them today .. their having trouble printing bar codes apparently

Last season i had the same problem. Your best bet is to go down to the ticket office and your card should be behind the counter

as long as you know your fan number you dont need to take your card it will be on their database.

How about using as stadium card. If I buy ticket on line for home game, will credit my card (in theory). But without card, wont get in.

I assume better off ringing and asking for ticket to be sent ?
